Review on ☕ Capresso Froth Pro Milk Frother: Cappuccino, Espresso, Latte & Hot Chocolate, 7x5x6, Black/Matte Silver by Greg Anderson

I bought this model despite the bad reviews saying it stopped working after three or six months. I just thought maybe they put it in the dishwasher (although it's legal) or soaked it in water or something else that messed up the contacts. Well I had 6 very happy months with incredible lather and then all of a sudden it stopped working. My first thought was why didn't I listen? But I saw it was under warranty so I emailed the company and they said to call them. They were so helpful and I was back in business within minutes. They asked if there was discoloration on the bottom of the glass or on the heating disc itself. There were a few small stains but nothing major so I didn't think it would be a fix. However, I followed her instructions without getting it wet, I made some paste out of baking soda and water and rubbed it with a sponge. Then he carefully cleaned it, poured milk and voila, foam, just like the day he was born! For anyone having issues, I hope you can see this and "fix" yours the same easy way. Signed, happy camper...
