I would not recommend this product to anyone. They have good customer service (they replaced the first one I bought with no objections, but overall I regret this purchase. The first problem I had was that the lights randomly often go out for about 30 seconds. The fan keeps running, but I'm pretty sure it should NOT just stop showing color. All my other RGB products keep running, so I'm guessing it's just this product. Anyway, they sent me a new one, when i complained about it so maybe they agree it's a defect new one did the same i built this machine last july - and this fan is driving me crazy now with the annoying rubbing noise it makes i don't know how to describe it otherwise as "annoying" as I can hardly actually use my computer because of this noise unless I put on headphones and hear something that covers up that annoying popping sound .", which publishes a thing. No I haven't contacted their customer support anymore because the best I can get is one of the fans that don't last a full year before they need to be replaced.
