I just have a question really

I’m not sure how to message or ask a question😂 i really tried, but anyway is this supposed to be dry? like it’s almost foam like, almost the consistency of lightweight spackling or a paste. I’ve only used it twice today as i just got it. it seems creamy in a lot of the other pictures/videos and not sure if maybe my container was somehow opened and therefore dried up? i have painful cracks and they have kinda burned today so not sure if this could negatively effect my heel. thanks!
