'Honesty is the best policy'
If you are selling a product that includes a 'remote control' it would be nice if you could indicate whether it is the original remote control or a more generic one Substitute. The reason is that if the DVD contains multiple movies on the same disc, the regular remote control will not work. It's a real disappointment to go through all this and still get back to where I was.
