If you are selling a product that includes a 'remote control' it would be nice if you could indicate whether it is the original remote control or a more generic one Substitute. The reason is that if the DVD contains multiple movies on the same disc, the regular remote control will not work. It's a real disappointment to go through all this and still get back to where I was.

I bought this unit because I have a lot of VHS tapes and wanted to play them. The first tape I put in it only played for about 15 minutes and then stopped. Also does not work on other cassettes! I feel like I threw away $150 on this purchase! Very disappointed!

Not worth $157 for a refurbished DVD/VCR set. The VCR ate one of my cassettes and the DVD just turned off instead of showing me an amazing blue screen all the time. Buy a new DVD for $36 and keep the old VHS player you have if it still works. Disappointing.

DVD will not play anymore. DVD. I bought it on September 8th for $152.40. It's been broken for three days now. I feel used. Personally I would like to exchange it or my money back. What options do I have. It was sold on the pretext that it was lightly used but cost more than a new one. I am absolutely dissatisfied with this purchase.
