Order received perfectly and in good condition. Warning for JLU owners: It's actually too big. If you have your rear seats up (not down), the only way to get to your bags or the items they contain is through the tailgate. The pockets are huge. It's aside. I put very few things in it, and then when I went on a trip for the first time, I went to the store and found that the zipper at the seam of the end pocket had come loose. I immediately called Supari and contacted someone. She was very nice and gave me an email address to submit my photo issue. She said I should hear from someone in about 48 hours. I sent an email but never received a reply. I sent another email and still no reply. Then I was on a business trip and couldn't solve this problem. When I got back I tried to call and got voicemail. I left a message with my details. No Answer. I waited for a while and tried another email, no reply and 2 more calls, each time reaching voicemail and leaving a message. I am totally disappointed in this seller and will never buy from him again. They obviously don't believe in customer service. **UPDATE: The seller contacted me and after a few emails back and forth they repaired their product and sent me a replacement. Apparently there was an error with the email delivery and they really tried to fix it. I am reconsidering my opinion of the seller! I stand by my claim that it's a little too big to fit on the JL when the rear seats aren't folded down. Not sure if it fits JK better as I don't know that model.
