I started looking at Dyson handheld vacuums but couldn't justify their cost. I chose this vacuum based on the brand and experience with other products (we have a Eufy baby monitor and I've always trusted Anker branded products). After 3 months of twice-weekly use, we are very happy with the performance and cost. It works well on our hardwood floors, tile and low pile carpets. Although we encountered a quality issue, Eufy quickly resolved it with friendly and responsive customer service! The promise of the brand came true again. They stand behind their product and care about their customers. We have a long haired dog and the vacuum cleaner helps us sweep his hair quickly. It is wrapped on the curlers in the head, but we can quickly remove the curlers and clean the hair. Perhaps due to the fact that we had to advance the roller on each cycle, we encountered a quality issue. There is a small plastic door that secures the end of the roll in the head. The door is opened by pressing the locking button and closed by latching. We don't know how it happened, but the hinge of the 'door' broke and we were no longer able to repair the roller (apparently it's not a very durable plastic). We're not sure if this affects performance, as the roller's contact with the ground essentially keeps it in place. It was still free. We reported the problem to Eufy and they immediately sent us the entire unit for replacement (apparently they didn't have a process to replace just the broken part). Now we have two blocks of work!
