I liked the product but after 7 months it failed. The customer service reacts very slowly and is mostly incomprehensible. The support team will drive you crazy and ask you to open your device and send photos and videos before they take effect. Videos larger than 10 MB cannot be sent! After going back and forth I contacted Revain and they were able to get my money back. The instruction manual has poor English and no information about the manufacturer. It is written that you need to contact the manufacturer, but there is no contact information. Appears to be bad business practice. I do not recommend buying this product or any other product from this manufacturer.
