Beautiful design and quality finish

This design seems to be the scissors of the day as we are starting to see them popping up everywhere. My wife mentioned she needed a pair so I did a little research and found and ordered them. Why is this? Because (a) they were the best price I could find, two pairs for fifteen dollars, (b) they were advertised as being made of stainless steel, meaning they wouldn't rust, and (c) they looked very nice. I have not been disappointed with any of these items and my wife just loves them. They feel great, especially if you're left-handed like them. They are very sharp, cut easily and cleanly, and their quality is several notches above what you would expect for the price. I understand that stainless steel isn't the hardest of steels and if getting an edge was too important to me I'd probably look for carbon steel blades, but sharpening them is a lot easier than restoring the polish as they rust and rust . pitted so stainless steel was fine with us. In any case, I haven't seen any similar shears advertised with carbon steel blades, so this might be a moot point. We have all manner of scissors throughout the house - from Fiskars to Tailor's Rolls to a bargain shop - but you'll find them in our top drawer for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that they cater to both left- and right-handed users with equal ease of use. This has been one of our most satisfying purchases in terms of value for money and we recommend them to anyone looking for a really good pair of scissors.

Pros

These are beautiful but they don't cut well
