very difficult to size. I had high hopes for the best: it's easier to tighten than to loosen. My daughter wears 7/8 and weighs 68 pounds. At the age of six. Below it is heavier. I ordered the largest size, 160. I needed it for this weekend so there was no going back. The top was fine, dangled a bit around the neck and fell off a bit. The straps were very helpful and the top wouldn't have been good without them. It would be huge. The skirt was really small. Probably, a child of 3-4 years old will feel comfortable. Not my 6 year old size 7/8. We couldn't put it on like a normal skirt so we had to pull it over our heads. It was still tight but manageable. In general, we made it, but we certainly won't hold out for too long. A child over 7/8 shouldn't even try. Even 7/8 would be doubtful. The top will be very large, a size or two larger, but the bottom will be about 3-4 sizes smaller. It worked for our Moana birthday party, but it could definitely be better. It's amazing although the girls love it too. The necklace and hair flower were very cute additions and held up well.
