This premium 11-inch OXO Whisk makes hand beating any batter or tough batter easy and efficient. Warning, this whisk does not replace a hand mixer, but it is almost as close to replacing one. For example, if you're mixing a hard batter that needs some water or liquid, like fondant cake or cream cheese, the whisk will clog, requiring you to manually remove the batter stuck between the whisks. Repeat the process until it is not finely whipped or aerated and does not clog the whisk. Despite the small issue that an immersion blender is not a replacement for an immersion blender, I would say this is the best whisk I have ever had in my life. I mean, reasonable price, quality, durability and great performance, this whisk is worth its ten dollar asking price.
