I have been working with Utilitybill for over 5 years now and we use it daily for our utility bill processing. It is very easy to set up and manage. There are many integrations available to connect other 3rd party providers such as Paypal, Credit card processors, etc. If you want to integrate your own payment processor or if you need to integrate some of your own accounting software, you can do that too. They also offer custom development services which is great. We are solving our problems regarding billing, collection and reconciliation.
