The item came in a box and an opened plastic bag. maybe some details were missing. . I couldn't use the original metal dust cap as it would catch on the rubber and could seize the bearing. This is because the new part does not have enough play to turn. I don't expect this bearing to last too long as dirt gets into the bearing. Very bad.
