I installed 1 of these and it worked so well I bought a second one for an upstairs bathroom. It works fine with the newest dimmable LED bulbs (E.G. Sylvania brand bought at WalMart). Set the level, and it 'remembers' it every time you turn it on. It does require at least 2 bulbs in the circuit, and 3 is better. The problem is that with only one bulb, the light stays on (dim) when it should be off. But with the higher load it works fine. I like how it brings up and down the light levels rather than immediate on and off.The fan timer works as expected and as desired. I set mine for 10 minutes, and a single press gives me 10 minutes of run time. A 'double press' turns the fan on until it is turned off with another press, a nice feature.Of course, the best feature (and the reason for buying this) is that it fits in a one-gang electrical box. I searched long and hard and this is the only combo light-switch/fan-timer that I could find in this form-factor.Installation was extremely easy. Be sure to ground the unit else the dimmer may make an annoying whining noise.
