I am 59 years old. My parents used 35mm slide film from before I was born until I was 8 years old. About twice a year they set up a slide projector in the living room and we watched the slides as a family. I haven't seen these slides in 50 years but somehow ended up with them after losing my parents. There were about 3,000 slides and I figured I'd spend a month or two scanning them. I spent about 1-2 hours a day and scanned them in less than a week. Now I can watch them on my computer and also share them with my brothers, sisters and children. Memories come up every time I look at them.
