Item received as advertised. Set up was fairly easy although I have to agree with other reviewers that the instructions could have been better hence the four stars. If you're selling something, you need to make sure the instructions are clear! Especially when it comes to #6 in the instructions. Once the rear tire is firmly seated on the frame, the instructions say to ease the brake block onto a fully inflated tire. There seems to be a language problem here. It should read that after the tire is firmly seated on the frame, you need to lift the drag block to the rear tire and tighten the little thing that looks like a long screw with a black handle on the end (this part is never mentioned). in the manual). The more you press the device against the tire before tightening, the more resistance you will feel. I'm still playing with the resistance settings, but since I just want a light physical therapy walk I don't need a lot of resistance.
