The ease of use of the software. It makes it very simple to create tasks and assign them to technicians. The fact that it automatically calculates overtime pay and other benefits when technicians complete their work is great. There isn't much I dislike about this system. It does what it says it will do and has helped my organization meet its goals. We needed a way to track our time and make sure we were being paid correctly. This program made tracking time easy and kept us all up to date on how much we were earning in overtime pay.
