packaging error. Total joke
I took this pack of 50, it was packed in an envelope. Footprints all over the shipping envelope. The wheels were torn in the envelope. The real cable ties broke, which must have held them together at some point. It was probably necessary to go the way to HF. Nice "Made in China" decal on EVERY wheel, which when peeled off also pulls the fibers off the wheels (2nd photo). wow !
