MANUAL DRIVE CONTROL WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE!
I needed to replace the original hand control I bought two years ago it broke completely so I ordered another one through AMAZON and the replacement arrived and didn't work at all. I disputed the charge but only received a card stating the merchant had 45 days to respond. I haven't heard anything, I will never buy a DRIVE product again. I have already received information about another non-DRIVE bath chair. Controller is not as advertised! Is the star less than one? COMPLETE DIRT!
