Review on Beginner-Friendly Baby Knits by Carol Miller

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good solid book

I looked through a lot of Bliss books before deciding on this one - it has some really good projects in it. I wasn't exactly a beginner knitter when I took this on, so some projects were unattractive to me. But I made a sweater with a boot, cashmere ankle boots and an umbilical hat (several times, to the delight of friends). I'm starting to knit a cardigan in garter stitch. However, it would be nice to have diagrams showing how the parts should be stacked/interlocked. I've used different yarns with great success - don't feel like you have to stick with your yarns. I would recommend this book. The simplicity and elegance of the designs make them classics,
