Review on Lemoy 1/4" OD Quick Connect Water Tube Fittings for RO Reverse Osmosis Filters - Pack of 30 by Rick Malloy

I open the package and only the smell of fish comes out. There was no humidifier in the package - just fittings and smell. I don't know if the seller sent me the used and returned ones in error, or if he discards them from the aquarium facilities and sells them as new. If other buyers bring up similar complaints in reviews, I assume they will come later. I didn't want to return them and order more from another seller and wait for new ones to arrive. I wanted to complete this reverse osmosis system project because I had abandoned several ongoing projects and more. Restrictors and flushing system that I built. I needed about half of them to complete the project, so I soaked them in a solution of chlorine and water and used what I needed. Under no circumstances would I use them for spring water or pipeline impregnation of RO filtered water, even after soaking them in chlorine and water. At least they are properly connected and at the moment (a couple of weeks later) they are not leaking, so the quality of the fittings is, in principle, sufficient. If they didn't stink, that would be nice. Even if it was an honest mistake I doubt I would buy from this seller again as there are many sellers with the same item.
