I really liked it when I bought it. He really managed to keep my drinks cool. For hot drinks I've found that it works if you use their mug which is included but doesn't work with other mugs. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it for long because I didn't know that their mug can't be heated in the microwave. Since they don't list it anywhere, I can find it on any of their packaging, so the pen melted in less than 20 seconds just after I received it. I immediately contacted the company via email saying how much I liked the product and tried just getting a new mug but never got a reply. Unfortunately, the mug itself gets so hot that you can't touch it without a handle, and it's too slippery. (and dangerous on a hot drink) if you try to use something to pick it up a few times you drink from it. Trust me I tried lol. Since they didn't respond and there was no other way for me to get a replacement cup, I couldn't continue using the product. If I had the opportunity to get a replacement mug I would give it a significantly higher rating.
