At first I was incredibly frustrated because I couldn't get the device to work properly. After careful examination, I found that the battery did not have gold contacts. There was a very thin film on it. After the foil was removed, I was finally able to use the device without too much trouble. I also get full LTE speeds with T-Mobile. Some minor cons: - I mainly use the device in a tablet car and I wish the on/off was a bit clearer. The LEDs are hidden behind white plastic, making them difficult to see in the sun. - When using the device on a long trip, I noticed that after a while the cellular connection disappears. This requires a reboot, which is easier said than done with weird power button routines (press to wake, hold until the LEDs blink to turn off, hold again to turn on) and dim the LEDs.
