We purchased this product to remove mold on our cabin cruiser which had a tank burst over the winter and caused the cabin to flood which we didn't find until we opened up and found the boat that the whole interior of the boat was covered with colonies of living mold. It's important to understand how it works before using it. You apply it and the spores die off as the product dries. What is happening is not a miraculous "mould patches disappearing before our eyes” but spores are dying. After the product has dried and you have left it for the required amount of time, you can clean the area and then apply more Concrobium as a preventive measure against new mold growth. It's a bit pricey compared to using white vinegar or hydrogen peroxide, which also kill mold spores, but rest assured it does what it says it will do: kill mold.
