Review on 🐠 Kikkerland Lightwood Fish Corkscrew: Effortlessly Open Bottles with Style by Walter Hodzic

When I first received this corkscrew, I was very pleased with its quality. It's a very durable piece with a cool, whimsical touch that suits my style. However, in a real application, the corkscrew did not work. It was extremely difficult to align the rim with the neck of the wine bottle to pull out the cork and as a result the corkscrew kept slipping off the rim. This was a big disappointment as I'm a bartender and fun gear can be a great conversation starter with customers. I blushed with embarrassment, not pride, however, as I struggled longer than necessary to open bottles of wine in front of waiting guests. It really works.
