Update: Netgear support contacted me shortly after my first Revain review and in less than a week I had a working PSU. I added a star to the rating because of the prompt service. ========== This review is for the ProSafe GS108T 8-Port Gigabit Smart Switch. This switch supports LAG on all ports. Mediocre: clunky web interface, a prime example of UI inefficiency. Interface; (2) The "LIFETIME" guarantee is difficult to use if you value your time as Netgear requires the customer to make a TELEPHONE CALL; The power supply on my switch is DEFECTIVE but the only way to replace it is to call Netgear with the case number. This approach is clearly intended to discourage customers from making warranty claims as my wait time was almost 60 minutes before my call was answered.
