Review on Exclusky MTB Helmet: Lightweight and Adjustable Cycling Gear for Adults, Women, and Men by Cameron Reed

Not the best helmet

This helmet has its pros and cons like any other but I feel this one doesn't live up to what is considered a 'good deal' as opposed to what is only "cheap". I bought it because I didn't want to spend a fortune on a helmet and saw that it had a lot of good reviews. I've been driving it for about 3 weeks now. I wanted to give it a chance before I think about it. Pros: The helmet is lightweight and has plenty of airflow, which is important to me since I live in Phoenix. The case is well made and I believe it will provide adequate protection in the event of an accident. Cons: This thing slides over my head while riding. No matter what adjustments I make, it never stays in place. It's not great for riding rough trails or jumps. My chin strap has also fallen off a few times. The buckles are of poor quality and do not hold the belt in place. Overall I don't think this is a very good deal as Giro has some cheaper models that are still quality helmets at a slightly higher price point.
