The wheels fall off no matter how hard you tighten them

I'm a retired mechanic and have been spinning vines all my years. This is by far the worst climber I have ever bought/used. I've used it maybe 6 or 7 times (I still use my old one because the new one is a bit big) and yesterday I used it and one of the wheels fell off. I can't put it back on because the threads are frayed because it was loose and I didn't notice. I checked if all cutscenes are nerfed and now this new creeper is useless. look elsewhere A NOTICE. I would like to add that I have contacted the Creeper manufacturer and they will send me some videos. I'll use Loctite again and see if they work.
