This is a very simple T-Bevel for copying or setting corners. It grips well enough that I don't have to worry about losing a corner. It has no angle measurements. So if you need to set a specific angle, you need to use a protractor, speed square, etc. to set the angle. I bought it to assemble a picnic table. I don't have a miter saw, so I just needed a quick and easy way to set up and easily mark lines for cutting at different angles with a circular saw. I had to cut many of the same corners, so instead of marking and measuring each corner with the square of the speed, I simply set the angle to T-Bevel and was able to quickly mark all of my cuts. Handy tool for $5!
