The metal is thin. for measuring and marking tools

Accuracy not yet tested. The metal part was bent when I received it because metal is so brittle I bent it as best I could. If you want a cheap one this will do, but if you want a quality one I'd keep looking.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Clarity

One of those tools.

One of those tools you *must* have in your toolbox. Simple but powerful, and although there have been many variations, brands and iterations of the T-Bevel over the years; I believe simplicity is king. It just works and will last for years with proper care.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • I don't really like it, it's ok

Great value tool

For the money this is really well made with quality materials machined to tight tolerances. For the purposes it is used for, the Johnson Level & Tool B75 offers excellent value for money, easily matching 10x the price of chamfers. I am very happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Hard to say

I like buying simple tools

I like buying simple and quality tools from Revain. This is one of the best I've found. At the same time, mine had a small burr that did not allow the metal element to fully pass through the slot on the plastic handle. This was easily corrected with sandpaper. Can not complain. Keep it up Johnson!

Pros
  • Hard wearing surface
Cons
  • Frequency

very economical tool

I bought this tool to replace the trim around my house and garage. The corners at the top and ends of the roofline have been reproduced with ease, allowing the same cutouts to be easily made on spare boards. However, the metal part is a bit thin and easily bends with rough handling. Still a good buy for its money.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Some issues

Hard to beat for the price

Somewhere between $2 and $3, the value certainly can't be beat. It's quite a substantial weight so you don't feel like it's about to break. The only reason you'll likely need something better is for accuracy. There is no marking so you just copy the corners and don't install new ones. It does get the job done though - solid 4 stars.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Nothing here

This tool worked perfectly to get the right angle to cut two.

This tool worked great for finding the right angle to cut two by four for a wall installed under an existing pitched roof. I came up with 11 degrees. and it worked perfectly on a ten foot run. I have another project I'm hoping to complete this spring that will prove useful. This will be a large storage shed and be aware that this tool will be required.

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Can't remember

This saved me: Measuring and marking tools

I bought this simple goniometer to help me cut my oral hygiene school models. I got frustrated looking at each side while trimming and couldn't even catch the angle of each side to save my life! It helped me to "measure" my first cut and just flip it to the other side! Points passed and I'm so happy! As other reviewers have mentioned, no sizes are listed, but it's great for what I need it for and as a ruler!

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Affordable Simple T-Bevel

This is a very simple T-Bevel for copying or setting corners. It grips well enough that I don't have to worry about losing a corner. It has no angle measurements. So if you need to set a specific angle, you need to use a protractor, speed square, etc. to set the angle. I bought it to assemble a picnic table. I don't have a miter saw, so I just needed a quick and easy way to set up and easily mark lines for cutting at different angles with a circular saw. I had to cut many of the same corners…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Expensive
