I like the design of this product - light, foldable, durable. I really wanted to like it. BUT, it has a fatal (and IMO easy to fix) bug. These steps have small rubber/plastic feet that protect the car from scratches. Unfortunately everything I ordered (I returned a pair and ordered more from another seller) didn't have rubber feet. Why is this a problem? Because if the steps slip at all or the car is pushed again (which happens again and again, but does not reduce the effectiveness of the product in terms of use and safety of the dog), then the places where the paws are missing scratch the car. A lot of. I had a series of steps that caused $400 worth of damage to my car's bumper in the form of deep scratches. When I called to ask if I could get extra rubber feet, I was told I just needed a whole different set of steps. Of course, when the new kit arrived, the rubber feet were missing. And the one after. quality control? Do you send additional replacement rubber feet? Any of these solutions will work. But as it stands I can't give the product more than one star. Fix the problems, I'm ready for at least four stars.
