Review on Slangbusters by Johnnie Bowlan

I like that there is so much room for customization of themes and colors! It was easy to figure out how to use it once i got over my initial confusion about how different everything looked in comparison to other platforms we had used previously (we've been using Wordpress since 2008). When users first begin interacting they have many questions/concerns as this platform has never really been utilized by any of our target audience before. The most helpful thing from us right now would be getting more people familiarized with the product because currently very few are truly understanding what an online community building tool can do for their businesses. Right now if someone does not know anything about social media then Slack will likely confuse them even further than it already did when explaining Twitter & Facebook. So far all of these interactions seem somewhat natural between groups within the team but also some interesting learning opportunities regarding culture and norms across organizations. The team is very responsive when it comes time for questions about how they work/what we need from their services! They are always willing & able (and sometimes even eager) to provide us feedback so that our needs can be met in an effective manner - no matter what those may turn out to be :) I have yet to find anything negative of any kind regarding my experience working w this agency thus far!! Highly recommend. Their communication skills were top notch as well. !
