Without instructions I don't know how to rotate the mop head which in the title says rotates 180 degrees. I like the mop but without turning it is useless. There is nothing to click to talk to the seller so I'm forced to leave this issue in the reviews section instead of taking this issue with him. I wrote in questions, but nobody answered.
