I expected this product to be very cheap and not durable at all. I also expected it to be small. I was able to assemble it myself. I didn't have all the parts in my box but I did have some matching screws so I just used those instead of replacing them. The product is well made. Baskets cheat you in a big way. I was able to organize all the toys my daughter plays with and find a good place to store them! I don't like that the bottom row is right on the floor so I gave it four stars. That and the lack of all the parts to put it together. I recommend this product! I love the two tone grays!
