Love them with all my heart! I'm Female, 5.5, 128 lbs, medium sized hands for my height (for reference, my palm is about 8 inches. I usually wear small winter gloves). My trainer actually advised me to go for 10 ounces, but since they're notoriously a bit small (the seller says so himself), I bought 12. They're a bit loose without the bandages, but I still wear hand wraps (180). inch) so that the gloves sit perfectly on it. They stabilize the wrist and help position the fist properly on impact. They have a handle (at least on my model). I like ventilation. love how they are made. The coach agreed. He says they'll last me years if nobody steals them (but I don't recommend stealing these gloves - I could literally kill for them).
