The intial training is very thorough. We had some issues with scheduling but they were able to help us get things squared away within 1-2 weeks! It's not always easy for new employees coming from other companies or even if you've been in another role at your current job; it can be overwhelming when there are so many tasks being thrown out all over the place at once.
