Great gadget really saves time
I don't cook jalapeno peppers often, but when I do (like at a Super Bowl party recently) the part I've always hated is removing the core the jalapeno pepper. It took forever for my paring knife. The paring knife worked well but just a pain. So I got it and it makes it really easy and quite a lot of fun. No problem - large peppers, small peppers - everything can be easily and quickly removed from the core. I used my paring knife to reach inside and clean the ends, but nothing special. That was great. I am happy with the purchase!
