I have this on my 43" Vizio outdoors 24/7 under a screened deck. It protects the TV from rain, dust, pollen, etc. I used to roll my TV around the deck and back on a stand, but now I mounted it on a wall bracket and just placed it on top of the TV. This is much more convenient and works well. It stays in place and doesn't fall off. Since mine is under a canopy, it doesn't get much sun or rain except when it's raining and the wind is blowing. However, with this case I don't have to worry about my TV all spring to fall. It did the job and feels pretty well made. It doesn't fit perfectly and is slightly larger than my TV but works as advertised. I would recommend this if you have a TV that you leave outside.
