UPDATE- Adjusted from 2 stars to 4 stars because In response to the original post, the seller contacted me and mailed almost exactly a year after I ordered the first one had a free replacement. Timing: I originally ordered in August 2020 and used until failure in February or March 2021. When I wrote my review in August 2021, they responded within a day or two and offered me a replacement. Got it, set it up and it's been up since 2pm. FIRST REVIEW: Great lamp until it died after using it 15 or 20 times. I liked almost everything about it. Used sporadically for projects for 6 months. One night I wanted to turn it off and none of the controls worked. I've tried all 3 buttons and the power button many times. No change in brightness or color and it doesn't turn off. Finally I pulled the plug and it went off. I was hoping this would reinstall it, but when I plugged it back in, the controls still didn't work. He never turned on again. Good lamp, unreliable. That should be enough for more usage cycles. Now I have to decide whether to get another one or try a contest.
