Review on ROPODA by Richard Gaines

I just had a bad experience with the internet store run by ROPODA, and I must say that I wouldn't suggest them to anyone looking for high-quality toys and games. First off, they don't have as many things available as they claim. When I placed my order, the board game I was seeking for—which they had claimed to have in stock—turned out to be unavailable. I had to wait weeks for them to replenish it, which was annoying. Second, the things I received were of subpar quality. The board game I bought was of low quality, and parts were missing from it. It was clear that the item had been used previously and was not a brand-new item as described. And last, I had poor customer service from ROPODA. They did not reply to my emails, and I had to follow up several times before I received any information about the status of my order. They were unhelpful and uncaring when I contacted them regarding the puzzle parts. In conclusion, ROPODA let me down, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone searching for top-notch games and toys. Their product selection is unreliable, the quality of their products is poor, and their customer service is far from satisfactory.
