Very strong magnet!
I use this as a DuraMax diesel mechanic, very useful for keeping a nut or bolt in place during engine repairs. Be aware, however, that the magnet is very strong, and I've pulled the bushing and extension off a bolt or nut several times only to find that the bushing actually sticks under the magnetic force harder than the extension's retaining ball can pull it back. I had to use "Blocking Extensions" with those powerful little sockets BUT. I'm not complaining, I love it!
