It's a ribbon, not floss and non-woven
Johnson & Johnson used to sell woven (stranded) floss which they called "Reach". Eventually they changed the name to "Listerine" and used the name "Reach" for a regular single strand. This new product, called Listerine Ultraclean Dental Floss, comes very close to dental adhesive tape with a flat tape cross-section. It's not woven, and it's not floss in the usual sense. It's expensive, but in a few months I'll call it my favorite silk. It almost never breaks, penetrates small gaps and is easy to handle.
