I use this humidifier for the shiitake tent I have in my office. Works absolutely fantastic and they love that you don't have to press start and it works automatically. Initially, this thing was exactly what I was looking for. And then I decided to clean it so that there was no mold and other contaminants. Now it doesn't work unless I drink a maximum of 2 cups of water and it doesn't work at all. The reason is that now water flows into the chamber. Yes, everything is back as tight as I could, like it was from the start. yes it is fully connected The problem with this machine is honestly not sure what's wrong with it and after reading some of the questions about this product I realized pretty well that it's not just about me. Given the limited time 2 cups of water gives me, this product is completely useless at the moment. I've tried everything to fix this, but every time the water has been dumped dead center, exactly what the product specs say shouldn't happen. Ignore the positive reviews, I'm sure they didn't take it apart to clean it (and by disassemble I mean the camera which apparently is made to be taken off and cleaned). So 5 stars if you are cool never clean it or for temporary use until you buy a good one. 1 star if you want it to be an effective system in the long run.
