My manual transmission has been a bit stiff and crunchy since I bought a used car. The mechanics said the synchros were "tired". As recommended by the Newcelica forums, I've tried this and for the most part the gearbox now runs much smoother and engages better/quicker/less noisy. Although a bit harsh in cold weather. I feel like I've lengthened my trans life a little bit.
