I bought it for the first time because of the great price! It has some moisturizer on it, but as for the great smell, maybe it's just me, but I don't smell anything. He cleans though, so I'm happy. I just wish it had a more fragrant scent, stronger or maybe different?! I mentioned the quality of the moisturizer. I have dry skin and I can say that it no longer dries it out, but I also wish it had some more moisturizer on it.
