The best thing about Bridgeconnector services has been their exceptional customer service. They truly care; when I was looking for an implementation partner that would guide me through my needs they were able to not only provide incredible technical knowledge but also excellent personal attention after we had signed contracts. Their turnaround time from initial contact until launch day was very well managed which really helped us transition over in record time! There isn't anything that I dislike too much - if there are any issues it seems like they are resolved quickly. We decided early on, upon reviewing other SaaS platforms, that we needed more than just basic messaging capability. So with Bridgeservices' expertise and experience in the field, we got something far better and custom tailored precisely to what we required within less than 3 months. I like how easy it was to get started with bridge connector but dislike that once you do start using them they expect you to pay when their service becomes sub par (for example if there were no updates made). If they provide support after purchase then great! Otherwise look elsewhere otherwise you will be paying twice what others charge per month in maintenance fees. we have been able solve all types of problems which has allowed us to make more informed decisions about technology choices.
