Great Service & Knowledgeable Engineers

The best thing about Bridgeconnector services has been their exceptional customer service. They truly care; when I was looking for an implementation partner that would guide me through my needs they were able to not only provide incredible technical knowledge but also excellent personal attention after we had signed contracts. Decent project management tool, good alternative especially now

I like that they have an option where you can set up recurring meetings with people in different departments at my work place. It helps me keep track of all the tasks assigned to me as well as those who are responsible for them if there happens to be any issues related to it. The program tends to slow down sometimes when syncing contacts from Outlook 365 which makes things difficult while working remotely during quarantine period. So far nothing really bad about this system but maybe because we

  • Lots less bugs than most programs currently offered by similar services such Microsoft Teams, Slack etc
  • Very good synchronization between outlook365 accounts through bridge connector very useful feature!
Cons
  • Sometimes connection is lost.
  • Not compatible/compatible enough (for now)
