I like that they have an option where you can set up recurring meetings with people in different departments at my work place. It helps me keep track of all the tasks assigned to me as well as those who are responsible for them if there happens to be any issues related to it. The program tends to slow down sometimes when syncing contacts from Outlook 365 which makes things difficult while working remotely during quarantine period. So far nothing really bad about this system but maybe because we do not use many applications yet compared to other systems. This software was recommended to us after searching quite long time and trying out various softwares available online until finding one suitable enought for our needs and price range.
