The 8 " version is a slicer, not a chef's knife

This 8" chef's knife is not the same as the one pictured on Revain and is not in the shape of a chef's knife (see attached photo). Its blade is long and narrow, like a carving knife. As a result, I will be returning it disappointed. I have a 6" version, a real chef's knife like the one pictured on the Revain product page.
