Many years ago I bought a pair just like these (must have been 16mm, slightly larger than the mid-sized hoop here) which became my favorite earrings. I was hoping to find a smaller size pair and was stunned to find this collection. They are stamped S925; I understand that might mean that they are silver-plated over another metal if they come from China. They are very sturdy and came in a nice gift box. I like that they have a sturdy wire and not a blade, which allows the earrings to swing freely. The wire is attached to the hoop with a hidden hinge so the hoop looks like a huggie without the discomfort. The wire is also wide enough between ends of the hoop to allow for the thickness of an average earlobe, so there is no pinching. I am beyond happy with this collection.
